These Terms are a contract between Privy Clear Advertising ("we," "us") and the campaign or organization that uses Door Knocking Pro ("you" or "Campaign"), and they also apply to each individual who logs in.
Door Knocking Pro is a field-organizing tool for political campaigns: it imports a campaign's voter list and provides targeting, mapping, walk-route building, analytics, and door-to-door tracking. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be 16 or older and authorized by the Campaign to use the service. Accounts are created only by campaign invitation. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly of any unauthorized access. Admins are responsible for who they invite and what role they grant.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms.
We work to keep the service available and backed up, but provide it on an "as available" basis and may have downtime for maintenance or events outside our control. We'll make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes.
Either party may end the engagement as described in your order or agreement. On termination, we will, on request, export your data to you and then delete it from our active systems within a reasonable period (backups age out on our normal rotation). Terms that by their nature should survive will survive.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Analytics, projections, and "votes-to-win" estimates are modeling aids, not guarantees of any electoral outcome. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privy Clear Advertising will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost votes, profits, or data; and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and notify campaign admins of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
